  鮮肉柜可以分為水冷卻式、風冷式、水和空氣聯合冷卻式三種類型,其實這三種類型是有很大的區別的,存儲的食物不同,溫度范圍不同、工作原理不同。

  1.水冷(leng)卻(que)式:是以(yi)冷(leng)藏柜中的冷(leng)藏器用水作(zuo)為冷(leng)卻(que)介質。超市鮮肉柜使 高溫高壓的氣態制冷(leng)劑(ji)冷(leng)凝的設備。

鮮肉柜

  Fresh meat cabinet can be divided into three types of water cooling, air cooling, water and air combined cooling. In fact, the three types are very different. The stored food is different, the temperature range is different, and the working principle is different.

The fresh meat cabinet used for storing drinks is usually a condenser which is used to heat the refrigerant outwards. After the refrigerant steam from the compressor through the oil separator enters the condenser of the fresh meat cabinet, the heat is transferred to the surrounding medium water or air, and the temperature of the inside of the fresh meat cabinet is reduced because of the cooling condensation, thus the effect of the beverage is saved.
