1、上線時(shi)候不得使用吸、排氣管和儲液器(qi)來(lai)搬運(yun)壓縮機(ji)，以避免(mian)對(dui)壓縮機(ji)外觀造(zao)成損傷(shang)。

　　2、鮮肉柜制冷壓縮機腳墊與壓縮機地腳固定螺母之間必須保證一定的間隙，否則壓縮機本身的振動容易通過地腳螺栓傳遞到底盤引起系統的振動大。該間隙一般要求在0.5~2mm之間;注意安裝過程中不要強行打入固定螺母導致地腳螺栓的彎曲變形。

　　3、裝配過程中時候要注意鮮肉柜制冷壓縮機與配管、管與管之間的距離至少應該有15~20mm，以避免出現碰管現象。

　　4、拔掉鮮肉柜制冷壓縮機的橡皮塞到焊接配管之間的間隔時間最好不超過15分鐘(特別是新冷媒空調，注意換班與工間休息時不要停放未拔掉橡膠塞的壓縮機)，而且要注意此間的工序過程不要存在可能導致有異物落到壓縮機內部的工序(如在壓縮機上方上螺釘等)存在。

　　絕對禁止(zhi)有任何異物(包括任何固體、液體)從排氣(qi)管(guan)或者吸氣(qi)管(guan)進入鮮(xian)肉柜(ju)制冷(leng)壓縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)內部;如果(guo)有異物進入壓縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)內部，請不要運行并將該壓縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)封口下線。

The process (such as the upper screw on the compressor) exists.

　　Absolutely prohibit any foreign objects (including any solid, liquid) from the exhaust pipe or suction pipe into the refrigerator compressor of the fresh meat cabinet; if there are foreign objects entering the compressor, do not run the compressor and seal the compressor off the line.
